Hello, everyone!

Another Monday, another weekly winner! This week my winner is The girl who loved wild horses by Paul Goble. This book won the Caldecott Medal in 1979. Paul Goble is the author of many books of Native American folktales and stories. The girl in this book is a Native American. Can you guess that she loves horses? She does! She loves horses so much that something magical happens. You will need to check out this book to find out what!

Happy reading!

Your friend,

This was, hands-down, my favorite book when I was a kid!! Thanks for sharing, Shannon! 🙂

Mine, too! Great minds, Julia 🙂 I still have the copy my mom bought me (since she wouldn’t buy me an actual horse).
