So, what’s Dewey reading today…?

wonderDewey’s reading Wonder by R.J. Palacio! This book’s call number is J Palacio. That’s right! This is a chapter book. And it’s shelved in alphabetical order by the author’s last name.

If you search for this book in the catalog you will notice that this book may also have the call number JL Palacio. What does JL mean? J stands for juvenile and L stands for large print. Large print books are printed in a larger font. That makes them easier to read for some people. Some libraries shelve large print books in a special section while other libraries shelve them with the regular chapter books. If you’re not sure where to look you can ask the librarian!
