Laotian American History and Culture is the topic for the Wednesday Evening Lecture Series on May 28, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Switzer Library in Marietta.

The presentation on the history of Laotian Americans and a cultural performance will be provided by the Laotian American Society, a non-profit organization based in Suwanee.

The free event is the final program in the library’s Wednesday Evening Lecture Series in May celebrating Asian-Pacific American Heritage Month. Light refreshments will be served. No registration is required.
