Skype with New York Times Best Selling YA Author, Goldy Moldavsky and enjoy your favorite kind of pizza at West Cobb Regional Library on Tuesday, November 7th from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm. Schools will be closed for Election Day, so if you’re looking for the perfect way to spend the afternoon we invite you to join our pizza party and author Q&A.

Moldavsky is joining us in honor of National Novel Writing Month (#NaNoWriMo), the internet based creative writing project that encourages and motivates authors to craft a novel between November 1st and November 30th. This event is perfect for teens who are interested in writing and want to learn how to better their craft and learn from a real pro!

Moldavsky’s best-selling novel Kill the Boy Band is a dark comedic take on the inner-world of fangirls and everything fan culture related. In addition to Kill the Boy Band, she also has another novel No Good Deed following the twisted tale of a teen activist who goes to a camp filled with other teens who will stop at nothing to win a mysterious contest.

Registration is suggested. Please contact Neely Simpson at Acworth Library at 770-917-5165 or email Neely.Simpson@cobbcounty.org to register.

West Cobb Regional Library is located at 1750 Dennis Kemp Lane, Kennesaw 30152.
