From the event listing of SCORE North Metro Atlanta:
Most online businesses fail within 2 years of starting. Why? Because of one word: overwhelm!
Overwhelm is that sweaty, heart-pounding, “this is never going to work” feeling you get when you work on your business.
Overwhelm comes from thinking you need a complicated sales funnels, upsells, downsells, crossells, AND mind-boggling products and services. Oh and don’t forget Pinterest pins, Facebook ads, Instagram posts, live videos, Twitter… it’s exhausting just typing it out.
Imagine if you tried to do it all right away.
Overwhelm begins when you start making these three business killing mistakes:
3: Focusing on getting more followers and not buyers
2: Building your business from an unbalanced blueprint
1: And forgetting to think 2 or 3 steps ahead
During this workshop, we’ll discuss what each of these 3 mistakes look like, how they can affect your business, and how to avoid them so that your online business thrives.
