Stress-Free Meal Times is the next class in the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) series at South Cobb Regional Library on Monday, April 14, 11 a.m.
Designed to give participants with children on limited budgets information on providing their families health and delicious meals, EFNEP is a federally funded program offered by the University of Georgia Cooperative Extension and Fort Valley State University. EFNEP has been offered throughout the United States for more than 40 years.
The April 14 class is the second of six EFNEP classes scheduled for the library in Mableton on conservative Mondays. The series started April 7 and runs through May 12.
