The lineup of programs in December includes:

Explore fun and challenging board and card games in such resources as “Games: Learn to Play, Play to Win” in the Cobb County libraries’ Juvenile Collection.

School Age Movie and Craft at Acworth Library on Wednesdays from 3:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. with unique seasonal programs on December 3December 10, December 17, December 24, and December 31.

Lego Warriors at Powder Springs Library on Wednesday, December 3, 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. A creative program for children of all ages.

Let’s Visit some Sheep, Krafty Kids at East Cobb Library on Wednesday, December 3, 3:30 p.m. Join us for books, short films, music and crafts. All ages are welcome!

Crafty Readers – Marshmallow Snowmen at Mountain View Regional Library on Tuesday, December 9, 3:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. For K-3rd graders, no younger siblings please.

Let’s Read Favorites, Krafty Kids at East Cobb Library on Wednesday, December 10, 3:30 p.m. All ages welcome!

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Party! at Switzer Library on Saturday, December 13, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The program for the Saturday before the final Hobbit film is released includes book discussion, games and other activities. All ages of Hobbit fans invited to participate!

Board Game Fun at the Library! at Acworth Library on Monday, December 22 and Monday, December 29, noon to 2 p.m. both dates.
