- Mystery of the Trees, a presentation by the authors of a book that documents trees in Native American culture, at Gritters Library, 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Known as bent or trail trees, the trees were used to mark spiritual sites and trails. Learn from the authors about their journey to discover secrets of the Early Native American Tribes. The event is part of Gritters Library’s month-long 40th anniversary celebration. - Digital Device Demo Days, a free series of demonstrations on how to use your eReader, tablet or other device with the library’s digital collection, kicks off at West Cobb Regional Library, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Digital services librarians will be on hand to give information on the library system’s collections of eBooks and digital magazines, provide an overview of devices that are compatible with the collections, and answer questions in a relaxed setting.
