Powder Springs Library is having a monthly Yoga Group on Saturday afternoons. The group will be led by Kiana Jackson. Dates include January 25 February 8 March 14 April 11 May 9 This program is aimed at beginners. Please bring a mat or towel. Kiana has been practicing yoga since 2010, when she started a journey into mindfulness and meditation while in college.
