owl2[1]The Master Gardener Volunteers of Cobb County will be presenting free Gardeners’ Night Out monthly educational programs in August through November at local Cobb libraries.

The next session is scheduled for East Cobb Library on Tuesday, August 20 at 6:30 p.m. featuring “Native Shrubs for the Garden” with Ellen Honeycutt, past president of the Georgia Native Plant Society.

Future sessions also include:

Tuesday, September 24, 6:30 p.m., West Cobb Regional Library: “Landscaping with Plants and Design for All Seasons” with Master Gardener David Cree.

Tuesday, October 22, 6:30 p.m., South Cobb Regional Library: “Growing Conifers in Georgia: Add Another Dimension to Your Landscape” with Master Gardener Michele Browne.

Tuesday, November 12, 6:30 p.m., Mountain View Regional Library: “Terrariums: Gardens Under Glass” with Master Gardener Cathy Lacy.
