The Cobb County Public Library System will be closed
Monday, January 2.

The system will reopen for regular library hours on
Tuesday, January 3.

We will also be closed on Monday, January 16 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

Kick off 2012 the healthy way!

The Cobb County Public Library System is hosting a series of educational speakers on healthy topics. In January, we'll hear from Amanda Timberlake of Life University, who will talk about the importance of exercise and fitness. Visit our website for more information about this presentation.

Library launches e-government tool

The Cobb County Public Library System has launched a new tool to help the public find government resources online: its e-gov webpage, available at http://www.cobbcat.org/egov. This webpage lists local, state, and federal government resources, including information on financial assistance and benefits; legal, health, and education information; and answers to frequently asked questions.
