Celebrate African American History Month at the library
The highlight of the library system’s celebration will be the second-annual African American History Month Gala on Saturday, February 11 at 2 pm at the Central Library. This informal event will feature performances by the Zion Liturgical Dancers, the AL Burruss Unity Drummers, the South Cobb High School Steppers, saxophonist Ravan Durr, and special readings by Mrs. Deane Bonner.
