Master Gardener Renae Lemon of the Cobb County Extension returns to the Powder Springs Library on Thursday afternoon to present Homegrown Tomatoes: How to Grow a Little Bit of Heaven. The free April 16 program is from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The program will cover how to prepare, nurture and harvest homegrown tomatoes. Whether you’ve been gardening for years or just thinking about starting, you’ll learn something interesting. The same program drew a crowd last year. No registration is required.
Powder Springs Library is located at 4181 Atlanta Street, Building 1, Powder Springs. For more information, please call the library at (770) 439-3600.
