Volunteers play major roles for the library’s book sale. We salute the volunteers for their work that help make Book Sales possible!

A special group of volunteers for the recent fall Book Sale was Girl Scout Troop 12386. The Scouts jumped right into their assignment of organizing books to keep sales steady and easier for buyers. The Scouts are students at West Side Elementary School in Marietta. The Library Show on TV23 includes a segment on Troop 12386 in the November episode. Visit www.cobbcounty.org for Video on Demand of the Library Show.

Book sales enable the library to purchase new materials, including books, eBooks, and DVDs. The fall Book Sale was held at Jim R. Miller Park on October 11-13.
