Stratton Library is hosting special events during Spring Break week for teens and young adults seeking job opportunities, including a Job Fair with several area employers on Wednesday, April 3.

More than 40 people attended the Teen Resume Workshop presented by Cobb Worksource Georgia on Monday. The Teen Interviewing Workshop is scheduled for Tuesday, April 2 from 1 pm – 3 pm.

The Teen Job Fair is slated for Wednesday, April 3 from 10 am – 1 pm.

Participants signed up for the Job Fair include CarMax Auto Finance, Educators Now, Five Star Food Service, United Parcel Service (UPS), Cobb County School District, Goodwill of North Georgia, Construction ReadyBuild Cobb, Juvenile Justice Department, Visiting Angels Senior Home, Kroger, Bright Spring Health Services, Bellhaven University, Lincoln Technical College, DeVry University, & more. The participants list may change.

The event – occurring as many area students are on Spring Break – supports young people seeking summer jobs and exploring career paths.
