The Powder Springs Library Yoga Group will meet on alternating Saturday afternoons. Kiana Jackson will lead the class.
Yoga has so many health benefits for people at any age. Patrons will be able to experience yoga without a financial commitment. This is a time for them to focus on themselves and learn positive ways to help reduce stress, lose weight, Increase flexibility, improve balance, increase muscle strength, provide numerous health benefits, and reduce stress.
Kiana Jackson has been practicing Yoga since 2010 when she started her journey into mindfulness and meditation.
She focuses her yoga practice on aligning mind, body, and spirit, while growing stronger and more limber physically.
This will be an indoor class.
