PLEASE NOTE: This program will occur online and will not take place in the library. See the link below to join the program at the specified time. Each video session will be an abbreviated Hatha yoga class for any level. Hatha yoga focuses on breath awareness and proper posture. We will explore mindfulness and moving with our breath. We will open with mindful breathing and move gently into asanas and yoga poses before resting at the end of each class.…
