Powder Springs Library is having a monthly Yoga Group on Saturday afternoons. The group will be led by Kiana Jackson.
This program is aimed at beginners. Please bring a mat or towel.
Kiana has been practicing yoga since 2010, when she started a journey into mindfulness and meditation while in college. She focuses her yoga practice on aligning my mind, body and spirit, while growing stronger and more limber physically.
