Please join us for free balance strengthening Tai Chi classes. The East Cobb Library is partnering with certified instructor, Charlene Lee from Buckhead Body & Brain Tai Chi and Yoga, to present Tai Chi classes as part of our Senior Wellness Series. Tai Chi is known to help people with their balance and strength. All adults ages 18+ are welcome!
