Please join us for free balance strengthening Tai Chi classes. The East Cobb Library is partnering with certified instructor, Charlene Lee, to present Tai Chi classes as part of our Senior Wellness Series. Besides general health benefits and stress management, Tai Chi is known to help people with their balance, strength, and can help bring about a state of mental calm and clarity.
All adults ages 18+ are welcome!
