| Free
PLEASE NOTE: This program will occur online and will not take place in the library. See the link below to join the program at the specified time.

The Social Justice Book Discussion meets virtually on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 PM. A social justice book club includes books to get you thinking and talking about inequality and injustice in the U.S. and around the world. We read and discuss fiction and nonfiction books about race, gender, immigration, poverty and criminal justice issues. Copies of the month’s book will be available at the South Cobb Regional Library. Please call 678-398-5831 for more information. The discussion will take place via Google Meet.

On September 16 we will be discussing How to Be an Antiracist by Ibram X. Kendi. Future titles for discussion will include The Heartbeat of Wounded Knee by David Treuer, Caste by Isabel Wilkerson, and The Letter Q by Sarah Moon.
