The East Cobb Library is proud to partner with Cobb Senior Services to present Powerful Tools for Caregivers, an educational program designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves, while caring for a relative or friend.  You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, spouse, friend, someone who lives at home, in a nursing home, or across the country.  This class series meets once a week for six weeks.  This program is for the caregiver (not the receiver of care) and is focused on stress management and self-care. Please make arrangements for receivers of care, since they will be unable to attend the program.  It is important that attendees come to the first class, otherwise they will not be able to take the class – this is not a “drop-in” program.

Class size is limited to 15, and registration is required.  Deadline to register is April 15, 2019.  Please contact the East Cobb Library at 770-509-2730 to register.
