Event Navigation

Join us at the North Cobb Regional Library each month on the fourth Tuesday afternoon or evening for a lively book discussion. Newcomers are always welcome. The groups read and discuss a variety of works including fiction and non-fiction classics, a variety of genres, and a mix of cultures and time periods. We make every effort to have the book selections available for checkout at the North Cobb Regional Library.
This month’s title: The High Tide Club by Mary Kay Andrews, c2018. Southern Fiction
When ninety-nine-year-old heiress Josephine Bettendorf Warrick summons attorney Brooke Trappnell to her 20,000 acre barrier island home, Brooke is puzzled. Everybody in the South has heard about the eccentric millionaire mistress of Talisa, but Brooke has never actually met her. Over the course of a few meetings, Josephine spins a tale of old friendships, dark secrets, betrayal, and a long-unsolved murder.
Please note, this meeting will be held on the third Tuesday of December due to the holiday.
