Free Vision Screening by the South Cobb Lions Club

The South Cobb Lions Club will offer free vision screenings at the South Cobb Regional Library on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the Children’s Programming Room.
Lions Club volunteers use a screening device to detect possible vision issues that require follow-up professional care.
The Vision Screening event at the Sibley Library is for adults and children from six months of age and up. Walk-ins are encouraged. For groups of five or more people, please contact the library at 770-528-2520 before the day of the event.
Three area Lions Clubs are providing Vision Screening events in September at five Cobb County libraries as part of the Library System’s Falls Prevention Awareness Initiative. Vision problems are identified as a top falls risk factor for seniors.
