An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until Wednesday, January 1, 2020
(Please note: There will be NO yoga the 4th Monday of the month. Instead, it will be held on Wednesday @ 5:45)
Yoga has so many health benefits for people at any age. Patrons will be able to experience yoga without a financial commitment. This is a time for them to focus on themselves and learn positive ways to help reduce stress.
