Free Meditation Workshop

Can’t sleep because your thoughts won’t switch off? Does a constant stream of unnecessary chatter run through your head? Meditation is a simple practice that can help you address these common experiences.
For just 10 minutes a day, you can feel the benefits that meditation brings to your mental and physical health.
Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on an experience called “Self Realization” that can occur within each human being. Through this process an inner transformation takes place by which one becomes moral, united, integrated and balanced. We will help you experience “Thoughtless Awareness” which will help to significantly relax and reduce your level of stress since it’s often our thoughts and feelings that are amplifying our stress levels.
If you have little or no experience with meditation, we will get you up and started quickly and easily.
