Fourth Monday Book Club
Monday, August 26 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Join us at the West Cobb Regional Library each month on the fourth Monday evening for a lively book discussion! Newcomers are always welcome. The group reads and discusses a variety of works including fiction and non-fiction, a variety of genres, and a mix of cultures and time periods. This month we’re reading A Spark of Light by Jodi Picoult.
One of the most fearless writers of our time, Jodi Picoult tackles a complicated issue in this gripping and nuanced novel. How do we balance the rights of pregnant women with the rights of the unborn they carry? What does it mean to be a good parent? A Spark of Light will inspire debate, conversation . . . and, hopefully, understanding.
