Think you can’t do yoga because you can’t sit on the floor? You can still enjoy the benefits of yoga while sitting on a chair! Chair yoga helps improve strength, balance, and flexibility. It also helps reduce stress and manage pain. Presented by yoga instructor Jackie Presley.
