Book-A-Librarian is for individuals who want to learn more about the databases, computer programs, e-Books and other resources available through the Cobb County Public Library System (CCPLS). Library staff members will be available for 1 hour sessions Monday – Thursdays weekly, providing one-on-one instruction and showing participants how to do a limited number of specific tasks. This includes how to: download e-Books and e-Audiobooks, use CCPLS databases, and solve problems with spreadsheets, resumes, flyers, and other documents using software available on CCPLS public computers. Let us help you change your “How To” to “Know To”. This class is not intended to assist users with their personal hardware or software issues.
Registration is required and will open one week prior to the start of the class. Call the library at 770-509-2730 or visit the Adult Reference Desk to reserve a time slot..
