Basic Yoga Flow @ Gritters

An event every month that begins at 10:15 am on day Third of the month, repeating until Saturday, April 18, 2020
Katie Locke, a certified yoga instructor, is offering a basic beginners’ yoga class for adults, ages 17 and up. This class will help you stretch out the body and connect body/mind awareness through basic asana poses and pranayama breathing techniques.
Students are not required to have previous knowledge or experience with yoga. Come with a mat, a water, a towel and a willingness and openness to learn.
Registration is not required, but space is limited.
