Shakespeare film series: 10 Things I Hate About You

We will be celebrating William Shakespeare's birthday throughout the month of April with five film adaptations of some of his most famous plays. Shakespeare's birthday is generally agreed to be April 23.

On April 1 we will show "10 Things I Hate About You." This modern telling of the "Taming of the Shrew" stars Heath Ledger, Julia Stiles and Joseph Gorden-Levitt.

Released in 1999. Rated PG-13 for crude sex-related humor and dialogue, alcohol and drug-related scenes, all involving teens. 97 minutes long.
