Women's History Month film: A League of Their Own

We will highlight four stories through film to observe Women's History Month in March.

The second film in the series will be A League of Their Own. This is a comedic drama about the first all-women's baseball league formed during World War II when women were making inroads in so many aspects of American society due to the war. Starring Geena Davis, Tom Hanks, Lori Petty, Madonna, Rosie O'Donnell and many more. Released in 1992. Rated PG. 128 minutes long.
