I had promised myself, back in January, that I would be a better, more consistent blogger in 2012.  I have failed miserably seeing as it is August and I have posted on the Teen Blog exactly seven times.  But “failure is, in a sense, the highway to success…” (John Keats) so I see this initial failure as an opportunity for future successes!

My new goal is to not only post more consistently but to start a regular series in which I talk about the books I read, and hopefully get some of you Teen Blog readers interested in reading them, too.  And I would love to get some book discussions started with you!  Don’t forget about that comment box at the bottom of the page!

I’m still getting my thoughts organized so I’ll probably start this Great Endeavor in September.  And I’m still trying to come up with a catchy title.  Because catchy titles are so important, right?

So stay tuned.  And send me good vibes so I don’t procrastinate to the point of realizing it’s December and I still haven’t blogged more consistently.  It could happen.  I’m just really hoping it doesn’t
